Online Business Manager (OBM)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Event/Retreat Support as Needed)
Reports to: CEO/Founder – Dr. Faith Wokoma
Status: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Online Business Manager (OBM) will serve as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring that the internal structure of ADF is operationally strong, financially sound, and prepared to scale globally. The ideal candidate is strategic, execution-oriented, and deeply aligned with the faith-based mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Translate vision into systems, timelines, and performance metrics
- Oversee day-to-day operations across coaching programs, product delivery, events, and digital platforms
- Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly OKRs with team leads
- Manage and optimize back-end platforms (Kajabi, Stripe, CRM, Slack, etc.)
Team Management
- Direct and coach department leads (marketing, programs, support, tech)
- Build out hiring plans, team workflows, SOPs, and training systems
- Drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence
Program & Event Execution
- Manage logistics for high-touch experiences (VIP Days, retreats, summits, certification cohorts)
- Ensure all deliverables for online and in-person programs are timely, excellent, and client-centered
Financial Oversight
- Track financial KPIs and work with finance to maintain budgets and forecasting
- Oversee vendor contracts, partner relationships, and platform subscriptions
Vision Execution
- Act as a gatekeeper and activator of the CEO’s vision
- Anticipate future needs and opportunities for impact and infrastructure
- Help launch new initiatives with excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital business, faith-based organizations, or coaching/education spaces
- Strong leadership and project management skills (PMP or Agile/Scrum a plus)
- Proven experience scaling a multi-offer business with 7-figure revenue
- Tech-savvy with comfort using tools like Kajabi, Zapier, Slack, ClickUp/Asana, Google Workspace, go high level
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage fast-paced, spiritually-driven environments
