Join us in Outer Banks, North Carolina at the KDH resort for three days of inner healing work, leadership development, relaxation, and connection.
In this season, we feel it is so important for pastors and leaders to have a safe place where they can get ministered to and where they can get refreshed and healed. This 3-day retreat will focus on your well-being and your overall productivity as a leader.
We understand most leaders will need to fly in Sunday afternoon, you are welcome to arrive anytime Sunday and enjoy the amenities, which include a Hot Tub, Pool, sauna, oceanfront access, and plenty of space to write, think, pray, and play.
Each Guest will have their own King or Queen Room on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests will be separated by floors, with married, single women, and single men all on separate floors.
Dr. Faith holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and has spent the last 15 years developing an inner healing model to help individuals resolve soul issues and thrive in every area of their lives. She has brought together some of the most effective trainers and healers to facilitate your time at the shore.
Pastor Soboma Wokoma has helped, develop and run several successful businesses and organizations, he is currently finishing his second Masters at Johns Hopkins University, where he is studying Organizational Leadership.
Dr. Andy Yarborough is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and owner of The Well Clinic. He is passionate about guiding people into hope, wellness, and life. He has created numerous resources on trauma, wholeness, and self-care.
Dr. D. Fredrica Brooks-Davis is the founder and Executive Director of the Restoration Center, Inc. She is deeply passionate about fostering transformative "a-ha moments" for individuals through counseling, executive, and personal coaching. She has published articles, presented at numerous professional conferences, and facilitates workshops and training in both the public and private sector.
