Digital Download - Refund Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase of the VIP Experience or our starter kit. Due to the nature of the product as a virtual experience with virtual downloads, there are no refunds for these purchases. If you have difficulties accessing your downloads or virtual access, please reach out to our customer service team with the information below.   

 

1-Pay Digital Course - Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of the Destiny Training Academy course, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, after the 7-day refund and cancellation period. You are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked for up to 7 days from the date of your initial purchase unless otherwise stated. This is an ongoing subscription that renews same time every year until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing our customer support team. 

 

Should you choose to terminate the program for any reason after the 7-day refund and cancellation period, you will not receive a refund for the program, under any circumstance. 

 

To cancel or request a refund during the 7-day refund and cancellation period, you must email [email protected] with your full name and the email address you used to enroll in the course. Requests to cancel and receive a refund will only be accepted via email. Once your request to cancel and receive a refund is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. At that time access to all online material (including, but not limited to, the course content and the Facebook group) will be removed. Receiving a refund also disqualifies you from receiving any bonuses associated with your purchase.

 

We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

 

3-Pay Digital Course - Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of the Destiny Training Academy DTA 9 course, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, after the 7-day refund and cancellation period. You are eligible for a refund for up to 7 days from the date of your purchase unless otherwise stated. This is an ongoing subscription that renews same time every year until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing our customer support team. 

 

Should you choose to terminate the program for any reason after the 7-day refund and cancellation period, you will still owe the remaining balance of the program. If you are on the three-pay payment plan, your account will still be auto-debited each installment for the trimester payment of $187 (one-hundred and eighty-seven dollars) until your balance is paid in full. If you owe a balance, you will be removed from the Facebook group and lose access to any content previously accessible until payment is made. 

 

You are responsible for the entire balance of the program once you enroll. If you are removed from the program due to forfeited or declined payment, you may only re-enter the program by paying the remaining balance in full within 30 days. After 30 days, you will have to re-enroll for the program, during the next open enrollment, by paying in full.

 

Please note that your payment will be auto-debited on the same date of the initial purchase each month. The due date will remain the same and is unable to be changed.
